Thomas is also Chairman of the SunSpec Alliance (www.sunspec.org) and leads the distributed energy industry’s efforts to establish data and communication standards that enable seamless integration of EVs, solar, and energy storage into the grid. He previously founded companies that were later acquired by Microsoft, Cisco, and F5 Corporation.

Vish brings deep expertise in VPPs, DERMS platforms, and grid integration, having scaled 6,000+ MW of DER management across global markets.

Jay Johnson is the Chief Technology Officer at DER Security Corp and leads the development of the company’s cybersecurity protection, detection, and response technologies for EV chargers, renewable energy installations, and energy storage systems. Previously, Jay was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories.
